in order for your download to work you need to make sure after you upload it and go to download it you choose to save it instead of just choosing to open it, then if you use internet explorer you can tell it to save it automatically to itunes but if you use firefox you have to save it then go to your downloads folder (probably in my documents) then you double click it and it will then open in itunes and then hook your phone up and sync it, that should work cause that would have the file saved in the itunes ringtone folder to put on your phone. it worked for me but if you have anymore questions feel free to ask.

make sure ur ringtone is 35
make sure ur ringtone is 35 secs or less. otherwise it wont recognize it. it's an apple issue since they limit all ringtones to be 35 seconds.
