SPRINT-BOOST MOBILE RINGTONES

I HAVE A BOOSTMOBILE PHONE AND AM ABLE TO DOWNLOAD RINGTONES FROM THE SITE BUT I CAN'T DOWNLOAD THE RINGTONES I HAVE MADE, I KEEP GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE SAYING I NEED A HANDLER ON MY PHONE!!DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS?? AND IF YOU HAVE A BOOST OR SPRINT PHONE CAN YOU TELL ME HOW YOU WERE ABLE TO GET YOUR RINGTONES TO WORK???THANKS!!!

Ok i have this phone and it runs with thesprint network, but i cant seem to download any of the ringtones on this site and i really need it cause it is my Great Grandmas 100 Birthday and I would Really like to Share a Napolean Dynamite Rington with her so if anyone oculd help that would be much appreciated!!!!!
