it seems alot of work but its not and you can have ringtones for your rumor it took me a week and like always i dont give up (step1) you have to download a QCP convertor it converts mp3 to qcp format. (step2) once you do that then you download them to 3 g for free to your account as copy righted and private so only you have access. or they want let you. once you do that you can download them to your rumor.
take note it will say your phone is not support dont get mad like i did just change it to a suppored one like LG MUZIQ phone as long as you have you phone number correct and data package you will enjoy your new ring tones if you have any question about this subject please email me ill be glad to step you through it.

I cant download any new ring tones. THe key borad is nice and i never use the camera so i dont care about that. All and all this phone would be really nice if it worked right and did not restart all the time for no reason.
